I recently returned from Mexico City where the Border Trade Alliance last week presented the conference, Trade and Security: The Impact on Logistics, in conjunction with Mexico Now magazine. I walked away from that event increasingly optimistic about the prospects for our shared border with Mexico as a region that will be integral to our ability to emerge from this Great Recession strong.
